1. はじめに
合同会社Tryxia（以下「当社」といいます）は、当社が提供するアプリ「サクブラ」（以下「本アプリ」といいます）におけるユーザーのプライバシーを重視しています。本プライバシーポリシーでは、本アプリが取り扱う情報について、透明性をもって説明します。
本アプリは広告をブロックする機能を提供しますが、アプリの改善・安定性向上のために一部のデータを取り扱うことがあります。広告ブロックとデータの取扱いは別の事項であり、以下に取り扱う情報の詳細を記載します。本アプリは、閲覧したウェブページのURL（パス以降）、検索キーワード、ページの本文・内容を、当社のサーバーに送信・収集することは一切ありません。
2. 事業者情報
事業者の住所その他の事項については、ユーザーからの請求に応じて遅滞なく開示します。
3. 端末内にのみ保存される情報
以下の情報は、ユーザーの端末内にのみ保存され、当社のサーバーには送信されません。本アプリを削除すると、これらの情報は端末から消去されます。
- 広告ブロック設定・カスタムルール
- アプリ設定（検索エンジン、テーマ等）
- ダウンロードしたメディアファイル
- 閲覧履歴・ブックマーク（本バージョンではクラウド同期を提供していないため、端末内にのみ保存されます）
- ドメイン別のブロック統計
4. 現在取得している情報と利用目的
本バージョン（v1.0）において、本アプリの利用に伴い以下の情報の取扱い・外部送信が発生します。
4-1. ウェブサイトへの通信
ユーザーが入力・選択したURLへアクセスする際、当該ウェブサイトに対して、通常のウェブブラウザと同様にURL・IPアドレス・User-Agent等が送信されます。これらはユーザーが閲覧するために必要な通信であり、送信先は各ウェブサイトの運営者です。
4-2. 検索候補の取得
検索ボックスへの入力時、入力中の文字列が、ユーザーが選択した検索エンジン（Google・Bing・Yahoo!・DuckDuckGo）の検索候補APIに送信されます。これは検索候補を表示するためのもので、当社のサーバーには送信されません。設定画面からこの機能を無効にできます。
4-3. サイトアイコン（Favicon）の取得
閲覧したサイトのアイコンを表示するため、訪問先サイトのホスト名（ドメイン名）が Google LLC のFaviconサービスに送信されます。送信されるのはホスト名のみであり、URLのパスやクエリは送信されません。
4-4. フィルタリストの更新
ユーザーが購読した広告ブロック用フィルタリストを更新するため、各リストの配布元（EasyList・280blocker 等）に対して定期的にリスト取得のリクエストが送信されます。
4-5. クラッシュレポート（Firebase Crashlytics）
本アプリの安定性向上のため、クラッシュ発生時に、クラッシュログ・スタックトレース・デバイス情報（モデル名、OSバージョン、アプリバージョン等）が Google LLC（Firebase Crashlytics）に送信されます。本バージョンではアカウント機能を提供していないため、これらの情報は特定のユーザーアカウントに紐づかない形で取り扱われます（将来アカウント機能を提供した場合、ユーザー識別子と紐づくことがあります）。
4-6. 課金情報（RevenueCat）
有料プランを購入する場合、購入履歴および購入の有効状態（プレミアム機能を利用できるか）が、課金管理のため RevenueCat, Inc. に送信されます。本アプリは買い切り型の購入のみを取り扱い、購入情報をユーザーアカウントと紐づけずに取り扱います。
5. ユーザーが同意した場合にのみ取得する情報
5-1. 利用状況データ（Firebase Analytics）
本アプリは、機能の利用状況およびアプリのパフォーマンスを把握しアプリを改善するため、利用状況データを Google LLC（Firebase Analytics）で取得することがあります。この取得は、ユーザーが明示的に同意した場合にのみ行われます。 初回起動時に同意を確認し、同意しない限り取得は行われません。同意の有無は、設定画面の「プライバシーとセキュリティ」からいつでも変更できます。
取得する情報の例:
- 機能の利用状況（どの機能を使ったか）
- アプリのパフォーマンス指標（画面の読み込み時間等）
- デバイス情報（モデル名、OSバージョン、アプリバージョン）
取得しない情報:
- 閲覧したURL、検索キーワード、ページの内容
- プライベートモードでの操作内容
これらの送信禁止情報が誤って含まれないよう、本アプリは送信前にデータを検査する仕組みを実装しています。
6. 現在は利用していない機能について
以下の機能は、本バージョン（v1.0）では提供しておらず、これらに関連する情報の取得・送信は行われません。これらは将来のアップデートで提供される予定であり、提供を開始する際は、本ポリシーを改定したうえで、ユーザーの操作（ログイン・同期の有効化等）を起点として初めて適用されます。
- アカウント認証（Firebase Authentication：メールアドレス・Apple ID 等）
- ブックマーク・閲覧履歴・プレイリストのクラウド同期（Firebase Firestore）
7. 外部送信される情報の公表（電気通信事業法第27条の12）
本アプリは、ユーザーの端末から当社以外の第三者に対して、以下の情報を送信させることがあります。各送信の内容は次のとおりです。

なお、ユーザーが閲覧のために入力・選択したURLへの通信（前記4-1）は、ユーザー自身の通信であり、上記の外部送信とは性質が異なります。
8. 第三者への提供・委託および外国にある第三者への提供
- 当社は、ユーザーの個人情報を第三者に販売することはありません。
- 当社は、サービス提供に必要な範囲で、データの取扱いを以下の第三者に委託し、または当該第三者のサービスを通じて取り扱います。これらはいずれも当社のためのデータ処理であり、第三者による独自利用を目的とした提供ではありません。
- Google LLC（米国）— Firebase Analytics（同意した場合）・Firebase Crashlytics・Faviconサービス
- RevenueCat, Inc.（米国）— 課金管理
- 上記のとおり、データは米国に所在する事業者に移転されることがあります。米国には日本の個人情報保護法に相当する包括的な個人情報保護制度が連邦レベルでは整備されていない場合がありますが、当社は、移転先事業者との契約および各社のセキュリティ対策により、適切な保護が図られるよう努めます。移転先国の制度に関する詳細は、お問い合わせ窓口までご請求ください。
9. データの保存期間・開示等の請求
- 端末内のデータは、ユーザーが削除するか本アプリを削除するまで保存されます。設定画面から、閲覧履歴・Cookie・キャッシュをいつでも削除できます。
- クラッシュログは送信後90日程度、利用状況データ（同意した場合）は匿名化された形で最大14か月程度、各サービス提供者のもとで保持されます。
- ユーザーは、当社が保有する自己の個人情報について、開示・訂正・利用停止等を請求することができます。請求は、お問い合わせ窓口（support@tryxia.jp）までご連絡ください。
10. その他
10-1. Cookie
本アプリはウェブブラウザとして、ユーザーが閲覧するウェブサイトが設定するCookieを保存します。ユーザーはいつでもCookieを削除できます。プライベートモードでは、セッション終了時にCookieが自動的に削除されます。
10-2. 未成年者のプライバシー
本アプリは、16歳未満の方の個人情報を、保護者（法定代理人）の同意なく意図的に取得することはありません。16歳未満の方は、保護者の同意を得たうえでご利用ください。
10-3. App Store のプライバシー表示との関係
App Store に表示される「Appのプライバシー」（プライバシーラベル）は、将来提供を予定する機能を含めた最大の範囲で申告しているため、本ポリシーが定める現在有効な取得範囲と表示が異なる場合があります。本バージョンで実際に行われる取得は、本ポリシーの記載に従います。
10-4. 本ポリシーの変更
本ポリシーは、サービス内容の変更に伴い改定されることがあります。重要な変更を行う場合は、本アプリ内で通知します。
10-5. 言語
本ポリシーは日本語を正本として作成されています。英語版および繁体中国語版は参考のための翻訳であり、各言語版の間に相違がある場合は日本語版が優先します。

1. Introduction
Tryxia LLC (hereinafter the "Company") respects the privacy of users of the app "Sakubura" (hereinafter the "App") that it provides. This Privacy Policy explains, with transparency, the information handled by the App.
The App provides an ad blocking feature, but it may handle some data to improve the App and enhance its stability. Ad blocking and the handling of data are separate matters; the details of the information handled are described below. The App never sends to, or collects on, the Company's servers the URLs (the path and beyond) of viewed web pages, search keywords, or the text or content of pages.

3. Information Stored Only on the Device
The following information is stored only on the user's device and is not sent to the Company's servers. Deleting the App erases this information from the device.
- Ad blocking settings and custom rules
- App settings (search engine, theme, etc.)
- Downloaded media files
- Browsing history and bookmarks (stored only on the device, as cloud synchronization is not provided in this version)
- Per-domain blocking statistics
4. Information Currently Collected and Purposes of Use
In this version (v1.0), the following handling and external transmission of information occurs in connection with use of the App.
4-1. Communication with Websites
When accessing a URL entered or selected by the user, the URL, IP address, User-Agent, and similar data are sent to the relevant website, as with an ordinary web browser. This communication is necessary for the user to browse, and the recipient is the operator of each website.
4-2. Search Suggestions
When typing in the search box, the string being entered is sent to the search suggestion API of the search engine selected by the user (Google, Bing, Yahoo!, DuckDuckGo). This is to display search suggestions and is not sent to the Company's servers. This feature can be disabled in the settings screen.
4-3. Site Icons (Favicon)
To display the icon of a viewed site, the host name (domain name) of the visited site is sent to Google LLC's favicon service. Only the host name is sent; the URL path and query are not sent.
4-4. Filter List Updates
To update the ad blocking filter lists subscribed to by the user, periodic requests to fetch the lists are sent to the distributor of each list (EasyList, 280blocker, etc.).
4-5. Crash Reports (Firebase Crashlytics)
To improve the stability of the App, when a crash occurs, crash logs, stack traces, and device information (model name, OS version, app version, etc.) are sent to Google LLC (Firebase Crashlytics). Because account features are not provided in this version, this information is handled in a form not linked to a specific user account (if account features are provided in the future, it may be linked to a user identifier).
4-6. Billing Information (RevenueCat)
When purchasing a paid plan, the purchase history and the validity status of the purchase (whether Premium Features can be used) are sent to RevenueCat, Inc. for billing management. The App handles only one-time purchases and handles purchase information without linking it to a user account.
5. Information Collected Only with the User's Consent
5-1. Usage Data (Firebase Analytics)
To understand feature usage and app performance and to improve the App, the App may collect usage data through Google LLC (Firebase Analytics). This collection is performed only when the user has explicitly consented. Consent is confirmed at first launch, and no collection occurs unless the user consents. Consent can be changed at any time from "Privacy and Security" in the settings screen.
Examples of information collected:
- Feature usage (which features were used)
- App performance metrics (screen loading time, etc.)
- Device information (model name, OS version, app version)
Information not collected:
- Viewed URLs, search keywords, page content
- Activity in private mode
To ensure that such prohibited information is not inadvertently included, the App implements a mechanism to inspect data before transmission.
6. Features Not Currently Used
The following features are not provided in this version (v1.0), and no acquisition or transmission of information related to them occurs. These are planned for future updates, and when introduced, they will apply only after this Policy is revised and only upon being triggered by user action (such as logging in or enabling synchronization).
- Account authentication (Firebase Authentication: email address, Apple ID, etc.)
- Cloud synchronization of bookmarks, browsing history, and playlists (Firebase Firestore)
7. Disclosure of Externally Transmitted Information (Article 27-12 of the Telecommunications Business Act)
The App may cause the following information to be transmitted from the user's device to third parties other than the Company. The details of each transmission are as follows:
- Search engine selected by the user (Google / Bing / Yahoo! / DuckDuckGo)
Information sent: search keywords being entered / Purpose: displaying search suggestions / How to stop or refuse: disable "Search Suggestions" in the settings screen
- Google LLC (favicon service)
Information sent: host name of the viewed site / Purpose: displaying site icons / How to stop or refuse: there is no individual setting to stop this feature
- Distributor of subscribed filter lists
Information sent: request to fetch the list / Purpose: updating filter lists / How to stop or refuse: unsubscribe from the relevant list
- Google LLC (Firebase Analytics)
Information sent: usage data (only with consent) / Purpose: improving the App and analyzing usage trends / How to stop or refuse: disable "Send Usage Data" in the settings screen
- Google LLC (Firebase Crashlytics)
Information sent: crash logs and device information / Purpose: identifying and fixing the causes of crashes / How to stop or refuse: there is no individual setting to stop this feature
Note that communication to a URL that the user enters or selects for browsing (Section 4-1 above) is the user's own communication and is different in nature from the external transmissions described above.
8. Provision to and Entrustment with Third Parties, and Provision to Third Parties in Foreign Countries
- The Company does not sell users' personal information to third parties.
- To the extent necessary to provide the service, the Company entrusts the handling of data to, or handles it through the services of, the following third parties. These are all data processing on behalf of the Company and are not provision for the purpose of independent use by third parties.
- Google LLC (United States) — Firebase Analytics (with consent), Firebase Crashlytics, favicon service
- RevenueCat, Inc. (United States) — billing management
- As described above, data may be transferred to operators located in the United States. The United States may not have, at the federal level, a comprehensive personal information protection system equivalent to Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information; however, the Company endeavors to ensure appropriate protection through contracts with the transferee operators and each company's security measures. For details on the systems of the destination country, please request them from the contact point.
9. Data Retention Period and Requests for Disclosure
- Data on the device is retained until the user deletes it or deletes the App. Browsing history, cookies, and cache can be deleted at any time from the settings screen.
- Crash logs are retained for approximately 90 days after transmission, and usage data (with consent) for up to approximately 14 months in anonymized form, by each service provider.
- Users may request disclosure, correction, suspension of use, etc., of their own personal information held by the Company. For requests, please contact the contact point (support@tryxia.jp).
10. Other
10-1. Cookies
As a web browser, the App stores cookies set by the websites the user views. Users can delete cookies at any time. In private mode, cookies are automatically deleted at the end of the session.
10-2. Privacy of Minors
The App does not intentionally acquire the personal information of persons under 16 years of age without the consent of a guardian (legal representative). Persons under 16 should use the App with the consent of a guardian.
10-3. Relationship with the App Store Privacy Display
The "App Privacy" (privacy label) displayed on the App Store is declared to the maximum extent, including features planned for the future, so the display may differ from the currently effective scope of acquisition defined by this Policy. The acquisition actually performed in this version follows the description in this Policy.
10-4. Changes to This Policy
This Policy may be revised in accordance with changes in service content. When making material changes, we will notify users within the App.
10-5. Language
This Policy is prepared with the Japanese version as the authoritative text. The English and Traditional Chinese versions are reference translations, and in the event of any discrepancy between language versions, the Japanese version prevails.

合同會社Tryxia（以下簡稱「本公司」）重視本公司所提供之應用程式「Sakubura」（以下簡稱「本應用程式」）使用者的隱私。本隱私權政策將以透明的方式說明本應用程式所處理之資訊。
本應用程式提供廣告封鎖功能，但為改善應用程式・提升穩定性，可能處理部分資料。廣告封鎖與資料之處理為不同事項，以下記載所處理資訊之詳情。本應用程式絕不會將所瀏覽網頁的 URL（路徑以後）、搜尋關鍵字、頁面之本文・內容，傳送至本公司伺服器或加以收集。

3. 僅儲存於裝置內的資訊

- 已下載之媒體檔案
- 瀏覽記錄・書籤（因本版本未提供雲端同步，故僅儲存於裝置內）

4. 目前取得的資訊與利用目的
於本版本（v1.0），伴隨本應用程式之使用，將發生以下資訊之處理・外部傳送。
4-1. 與網站的通訊
存取使用者輸入・選擇之 URL 時，與一般網頁瀏覽器相同，URL・IP 位址・User-Agent 等將傳送至該網站。此通訊為使用者瀏覽所必需，傳送對象為各網站之營運者。
4-2. 搜尋建議的取得
於搜尋框輸入時，輸入中之字串將傳送至使用者所選搜尋引擎（Google・Bing・Yahoo!・DuckDuckGo）之搜尋建議 API。此為顯示搜尋建議之用，不會傳送至本公司伺服器。可於設定畫面停用此功能。
4-3. 網站圖示（Favicon）的取得
為顯示所瀏覽網站之圖示，造訪網站之主機名稱（網域名稱）將傳送至 Google LLC 之 Favicon 服務。所傳送者僅為主機名稱，不傳送 URL 之路徑或查詢字串。
4-4. 過濾清單的更新
為更新使用者所訂閱之廣告封鎖用過濾清單，將定期向各清單之發布來源（EasyList・280blocker 等）傳送清單取得之請求。
4-5. 當機報告（Firebase Crashlytics）
為提升本應用程式之穩定性，發生當機時，當機記錄・堆疊追蹤・裝置資訊（型號名稱、OS 版本、應用程式版本等）將傳送至 Google LLC（Firebase Crashlytics）。因本版本未提供帳號功能，這些資訊將以不與特定使用者帳號連結之形式處理（若未來提供帳號功能，可能與使用者識別碼連結）。
4-6. 付費資訊（RevenueCat）
購買付費方案時，購買記錄及購買之有效狀態（是否可使用進階功能）將為了付費管理而傳送至 RevenueCat, Inc.。本應用程式僅處理買斷型購買，並在不與使用者帳號連結之情況下處理購買資訊。
5. 僅於使用者同意時取得的資訊
5-1. 使用狀況資料（Firebase Analytics）
本應用程式為掌握功能之使用狀況及應用程式之效能並改善應用程式，可能透過 Google LLC（Firebase Analytics）取得使用狀況資料。此取得僅於使用者明確同意時進行。將於首次啟動時確認同意，除非使用者同意，否則不進行取得。同意與否，可隨時於設定畫面之「隱私與安全」變更。
取得資訊之範例：
- 功能之使用狀況（使用了哪些功能）
- 應用程式之效能指標（畫面載入時間等）
- 裝置資訊（型號名稱、OS 版本、應用程式版本）
不取得之資訊：
- 所瀏覽之 URL、搜尋關鍵字、頁面之內容
- 無痕模式下之操作內容
為避免這些禁止傳送之資訊被誤含其中，本應用程式實作了於傳送前檢查資料之機制。
6. 關於目前未使用的功能
以下功能於本版本（v1.0）尚未提供，亦不進行與其相關資訊之取得・傳送。這些功能預計於未來之更新中提供，並於開始提供時，將於修訂本政策後，以使用者之操作（登入・啟用同步等）為起點才首次適用。
- 帳號驗證（Firebase Authentication：電子郵件位址・Apple ID 等）
- 書籤・瀏覽記錄・播放清單之雲端同步（Firebase Firestore）
7. 外部傳送資訊的公開（電氣通信事業法第27條之12）
本應用程式可能使以下資訊從使用者之裝置傳送至本公司以外之第三人。各傳送之內容如下：

此外，使用者為瀏覽而輸入・選擇之 URL 之通訊（前述 4-1），為使用者自身之通訊，與上述外部傳送之性質不同。
8. 對第三人的提供・委託及對外國第三人的提供
- 本公司不會將使用者之個人資訊出售予第三人。
- 本公司於提供服務所必需之範圍內，將資料之處理委託予以下第三人，或透過該第三人之服務加以處理。這些皆為本公司所為之資料處理，並非以第三人獨立利用為目的之提供。
- Google LLC（美國）— Firebase Analytics（同意時）・Firebase Crashlytics・Favicon 服務
- RevenueCat, Inc.（美國）— 付費管理
- 如上所述，資料可能移轉至位於美國之事業者。美國於聯邦層級可能未建置與日本個人資料保護法相當之全面性個人資料保護制度，但本公司將透過與移轉對象事業者之契約及各公司之安全措施，努力確保適當之保護。關於移轉目的地國家制度之詳情，請向聯絡窗口請求。
9. 資料的保存期間・揭露等的請求
- 裝置內之資料，於使用者刪除或刪除本應用程式前持續保存。可隨時於設定畫面刪除瀏覽記錄・Cookie・快取。
- 當機記錄於傳送後保存約 90 天，使用狀況資料（同意時）以匿名化之形式最長保存約 14 個月，由各服務提供者保存。

10. 其他
10-1. Cookie
本應用程式作為網頁瀏覽器，將儲存使用者所瀏覽網站所設定之 Cookie。使用者可隨時刪除 Cookie。於無痕模式下，Cookie 將於工作階段結束時自動刪除。
10-2. 未成年人的隱私
本應用程式不會在未經監護人（法定代理人）同意之情況下，刻意取得未滿 16 歲者之個人資訊。未滿 16 歲者，請於取得監護人同意後使用。
10-3. 與 App Store 隱私顯示的關係
App Store 上顯示之「App 隱私」（隱私標籤）係以包含未來預計提供功能在內之最大範圍申報，故其顯示可能與本政策所定目前有效之取得範圍不同。本版本實際進行之取得，依本政策之記載。
10-4. 本政策的變更
本政策可能伴隨服務內容之變更而修訂。進行重要變更時，將於本應用程式內通知。
10-5. 語言
本政策以日文版為正本製作。英文版及繁體中文版為供參考之翻譯，各語言版本間如有歧義，以日文版為準。
